  • Compact soil with heavy equipment vibrating compactor before digging footings
  • 3000 lb concrete, standard is 2500 lb
  • Soil borings to determine soil characteristics prior to construction
  • Custom concrete mix; uses Superplasticizer, requires less water, less cracking

  • Step-down showers; recessed into slab so that water can't back up into house

  • Wood columns are multi-ply; helps prevent twisting, turning
  • Extensive window seal to minimize leakage

  • Moen M-Pact valve system; easy to upgrade or switch style in the future

  • Protect ductwork during construction; limit the dust in the system
  • Variable speed air handler; more efficient, quieter; only runs as much as necessary;  humidity control

  • Ductwork is double-sealed (mastic and tape) for less air loss, longer life
